'What's outside your window?' is our comenius project. Each partner school will explore the 'great outdoors', encouraging pupils to be more active, whilst being involved in intercultural dialogue about their environment and culture. Activities will include such things as describing the view from their window, comparing typical plants and creatures, investigating pollution, sharing traditional myths and legends, orienteering games and gardening .

Earth Day activities in Hungary
Activities in Hungary
We do lots of activities at school about pollution. We look after our plants in the corridors and classrooms. We water the plants. We do gardening in the school yard and the European garden. We planted bulbs, seeds and flowers there. We have enlarged our flowerbed to have more flowers. We made posters about water pollution and wasting energy. We learnt about recycling and different bins for paper, plastic, glass and metal. There are different bins in the corridor where we take our rubbish to recycle. An eco committee was set up to check the tidiness of classrooms. They make reports about rubbish found in the classrooms. We also cleaned the school yard. At art and craft lessons we made objects using recycled rubbish. We help our Earth to be clean.
Here are some photos about our activities at school.
