Summarising the first year of the project, we organised "The Comenius Picnic" for our students, their parents and the local people.
During the event all the guests watched the artistic shows : songs in different languages, dances from the partner countries, school plays etc. In the playground there were eight stalls presented all the countries. On the stalls children could find the most important information about the particular country, play the popular sports game and took part in the knowledge competition about this country.
What is more, there was a great Comenius display, where all the posters, gifts and students' works were situated.
Everyone had a great time and learnt a lot about the countries. The main motto of the picnic was :
"Science has no fatherland because human knowledge covers entire world".
