We are class 1 E and we are going to present the weather forecast for the 15th of February in Constanta, Romania.
After a few days of freezing cold we have a nicer day. It is still cold and slightly windy, but a little sunnier. The wind blows from north-est.
The highest temperature today will be -1 degree Celsius and the lowest will be -4 degrees Celsius.
